Beth Davies
I work with people with POP who are newly diagnosed and looking for a gentle return to movement or with individuals who have completed rehab work and are looking to add more intensity to their routines. I create a roadmap that supports a return to fitness while implementing strategies that help navigate symptoms.
I see my role as supporting my clients to move in the ways that feel good for them (sometimes that's going back to their pre-POP exercise and sometimes not), be able to navigate their individual journey and most importantly feel they have options and there is life beyond their pelvic floor.
I love when clients (both past & present) get in touch with updates as how they are getting on (sometimes a screen shot of a run or cycle or video of them in the gym). It makes me so happy to see them living their awesome lives.
It may not feel like this right now but there is a huge amount of hope, support and positive outcomes. All your questions, thoughts and feelings are very welcome. There are options - for movement, for breathing strategies, for treatment, for life!
