I'm a doctor of occupational therapy specializing in pelvic health for the prenatal and postpartum population. I'm the co-founder of OWN Your Motherhood & I provide in-home and virtual care in the Denver-metro area. I help pregnant people prepare for birth, I'm often present at births as a birth doula, and I help postpartum people return to the activities that are most important to them without pain, fears of leaking or any other symptoms. When I'm not working, I love baking, enjoying the Colorado outdoors & spending time with my family.
