Orthopedic and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, Coach, Educator
Teresa owns and works out of RX Physiotherapy, where she provides high quality, one-on-one whole-person care for patients of all ages, including both orthopedics and pelvic health. Teresa also frequently teaches seminars and workshops, as well as acting as senior teaching assistant for Antony Lo's The Female Athlete courses. She also coaches out of CrossFit Leduc. Her special interests include strength and conditioning, particularly in older adults and postpartum women, running injury prevention and treatment, and women's health in sport.
